Sure should have made sure I had all the information from all of my sources before I started pointing fingers. I have to say, taking my frustrations out in a blog, for the record, is not the smartest way, in fact may be the ultimate worst way to handle any sort of problem one might have regardless of the reasons.
I am sorry about the complaints I have posted. My problems were because of my own network/email issues, the communication on my (AIS’s) end, not PG’s end was the cause of all my issues.
Fortunately, PG Webs, being the type of business people they are, didn’t kick me to the curb. Instead, and we are extremely grateful, they are currently helping me sort through my issues to resolve the problem’s I have so that we will be up and running asap.
I appreciated their understanding of the position I was in and only wanting to make sure things were right with us instead of hitting me on the head with a hammer, which I may have done to myself considering the move I had made out of frustration. OUCH,, I am truly sorry for blasting off like that. Thanks again, for your understanding, and professionalism.
